How the range works. The low end is a straightforward driveway or garage pickup. The high end is stairs, tight access, long carries, or unusually heavy material like tile, concrete and wet debris. You'll know which one you're getting before we start — never after.

"I started this at eighteen with one truck and a phone. Everything you see here, I built after somebody in Fulshear took a chance on me."
I grew up around here and I watched Fulshear go from a couple thousand people to a city. New houses everywhere, families moving in every week, and everybody's got the same problem: a garage full of stuff nobody wants to deal with.
So I bought a truck and started dealing with it. What I found out fast is that most people aren't really buying junk removal. They're buying not having to think about it anymore. That means showing up when I said I would, charging what I said I'd charge, and leaving the space cleaner than I found it.
That's the whole business. It's not complicated. It's just rare.

The things people ask
Is the estimate the price I actually pay?
It's a real estimate based on what you told us, and it's the number we work from. When we arrive we look at the actual pile and confirm the firm price before anything gets loaded. If it's smaller than you described, you pay less. If it's bigger, we tell you what it costs and you decide. Nothing gets loaded without you agreeing to the number first.
Do I have to move anything to the curb?
No. That's the job. We take it from the garage, the attic, the back yard, the third-floor bedroom, wherever it is. You point, we carry.
What won't you take?
Hazardous material — paint, chemicals, motor oil, asbestos, propane tanks and medical waste. If you're not sure, text a photo and we'll tell you straight away rather than showing up and turning you down.
Where does it all go?
Anything usable gets donated or recycled before it gets dumped. Furniture in decent shape, working appliances, tools, building material. It costs us more time and it's the right thing to do, and it keeps our disposal costs down, which is part of why our prices work.
How fast can you get here?
Same day is usually possible if you book before early afternoon. Next day is almost always available. We're based in Fulshear, so for most of Fort Bend County we're a short drive, not an hour-long haul from Houston.
How do I pay?
